Mindive is a digital mental health platform that provides therapeutic journeys, mindfulness exercises, mood tracking, and other wellness tools. Our service is designed to support your mental health journey but is not a substitute for professional medical care.

User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Share content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Share your account with others
- Use the service to harm yourself or others
Content and Intellectual Property

- Mindive's therapeutic content, design, and software are our intellectual property
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works
- Your license to use our content ends when your account is terminated

Subscription and Payments
